Shipping and Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products
Agentic Gift Shop sells personalized products that are made on demand after an order is placed. Because each item is custom produced for a specific customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, duplicate orders, spelling or design details approved by the customer, or a change of mind after production begins.
Covered Issues
We will review replacement, reprint, or refund requests when an order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, includes the wrong item, is missing an item, has a fulfillment or print-production error, or appears lost in transit based on carrier tracking.
Minor differences in product color, print placement, texture, or sizing can happen with print-on-demand production and are not always considered defects. For direct-to-garment products, print placement can vary by up to 0.5 inch; minor size deviations under 1 inch from the size guide are not treated as defects. Customer-supplied low-resolution artwork, transparent-background issues, typos, or design choices approved before checkout are not covered unless the final product differs materially from the approved design.
Report Window
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items. For packages that appear lost in transit, please first verify the shipping address and check with the local carrier or post office. If a domestic US or regional EU order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days, or an international order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us within 1 week after that period ends so we can investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner.
What to Send Us
Email hello@agenticgiftshop.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos of the product, photos of the packaging and shipping label when relevant, and any carrier tracking details. Please do not return products to the fulfillment partner or the return address on the package unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Address and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender, delayed, or lost because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or refused by the recipient, we may need to charge for a replacement or reshipment. If tracking shows the package was delivered but the recipient cannot find it, we will help review the tracking information, but replacement is not guaranteed.
Replacement or Refund
When a claim is approved, we will usually arrange a replacement or reprint first. If a replacement is not practical or available, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing times.
Cancellations
Orders may enter production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
